• Discount wholesale up to 3%.
• Additional 2% discount for customers paying 70% of Condominium Contract Price.
• Additional 3% discount for customers paying 95% of Condominium Contract Price.
• Customers are entitled to 2% discount for the second unit.
• Customers are entitled to 3% discount from the third unit.

• Get 0.8 tael of SJC Gold for purchasing Studio.
• Get 1.6 tael of SJC Gold for purchasing 1 Bedroom.
• Get 2.8 tael of SJC Gold for purchasing 2 Bedroom.
• The above offer can be exchanged for cash or deducted from the Sale Price.

• Customer can use the condominium for personal purpose.
• Customer can self-manage their condominium.
• “Rental Pool”: Customers shall be entitled to a shared net rental revenue of 45% (Minimum 8%/price excluding VAT – Guaranteed by Vietinbank).
  
• Rental Pool period: up to 10 years. After that, the owner has 2 options:
  • Option 1: Condo owner continue to participate in Rental Pool Program.
  • Option 2: The owner is allowed to use the condominium for personal purposes.
• Condominium owners are entitled to use 20 nights for free stay at the condominium.
