Update the latest promotion policy for Shantira Resort Condos in 2021. Special promotions for customers buying apartments in Tower A
The Latest Promotions for Tower A
- 5% discount for Studio type apartment.
- 7% discount for 1-bedroom type apartment.
- 8% discount for 2-bedroom type apartment.
- Additional 2% discount for customers paying 70% of Condominium Contract Price.
- Additional 3% discount for customers paying 95% of Condominium Contract Price.
- Additional 1% discount/unit for customers buying 2 units.
- Additional 1.5% discount/unit for customers buying 3 to 5 units.
- Additional 2% discount/unit for customers buying from 6 units.
Rental Program
- Customer can use the condominium for personal purpose.
- Customer can self-manage their condominium.
- “Rental Pool”: Customers shall be entitled to a shared net rental revenue of 45%.
- Rental Pool period: 5 years. After that, the owner has 2 options:
- Option 1: Condo owner continue to participate in Rental Pool Program.
- Option 2: The owner is allowed to use the condominium for personal purposes.
- Condominium owners are entitled to use 20 nights for free stay at the condominium. (These free nights can be exchanged with other hotels belongs to Royal Capital Group & Wyndham Hotels & Resorts).
- Condominium owners can redeem free nights for relatives, friends, partners…
