Discount policies
- Early Bird Discount: 3%.
- Special discount: 6%.
- Additional 2% discount for customers paying 70% of Condominium Contract Price.
- Additional 3% discount for customers paying 95% of Condominium Contract Price.
The wholesale policies

Rental Pool Program
