Special Gift
This policy applies to the first 9 customers:
- Special Gift: Toyata Vios 1.5E CTV worth 550 mil vnd for customers buying Anh Vu villa.
- Customers will get 6.9 tael of SJC Gold for purchasing Hai Phong villa.
- Customers will get 5.9 tael of SJC Gold for purchasing Thuy Vien villa.
Discount policies
- Special discount: 7%.
- Additional 3% discount for customers paying 70% of Villa Contract Price.
- Additional 5% discount for customers paying 95% of Villa Contract Price.
The wholesale policies

Rental Pool Program
- Villa Owners can use the villa for personal purpose.
- Villa Owners can self-manage their villas.
- Or participate to the “Rental Pool”: Customers shall be entitled to a shared net rental revenue of 40%.
- Rental Pool period: 5 years.
- Villa owners are entitled to use 20 nights for free stay at the villa.
- Villa owners can redeem free nights for relatives, friends, partners…
- Villa owners can exchange free nights with other hotels belongs to Royal Capital Group or Wyndham Hotels & Resort.
