Discount policies
- Early Bird Discount: 7%.
- Special discount: 7%.
- Additional 10% discount for customers paying 70% of Villa Contract Price.
- Additional 12% discount for customers paying 95% of Villa Contract Price.
The wholesale policies

Rental Pool Program
- Villa Owners can use the villa for personal purpose.

- Or participate to the “Rental Pool”: Customers shall be entitled to a shared net rental revenue of 40%.

- Villa owners are entitled to use 20 nights for free stay at the villa.
- Villa owners can redeem free nights for relatives, friends, partners…
