Promotion policy for condo
- Discount 3% for Studio type.
- Discount 5% for 1 bedroom type.
- Discount 6,5% for 2 bedroom type.
- Discount wholesale up to 2%.
- Discount 5% for customers paying 70% of Condominium Contract Price.
- Discount 6.5% for customers paying 95% of Condominium Contract Price.
Rental program - Shantira resort condo
- Customer can use the condominium for personal purpose.
- Customer can self-manage their condominium.
- “Rental Pool”: Customers shall be entitled to a rental profit share of 90%.- the unit pre-tax rental profit.
- Rental Pool period: 5 years. After that, the owner has 2 options:
- Option 1: Condo owner continue to participate in Rental Pool Program.
- Option 2: The owner is allowed to use the condominium for personal purposes.
- Condominium owners are entitled to use 30 nights for free stay at the condominium.
- Condominium owners can redeem free nights for relatives, friends, partners…
